- RECOVERY - correct multiple critical system deficiencies throughout the park including HVAC, electrical, potable water, waste water, and fire suppression systems. The principle work of this contract includes all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for correct multiple critical system deficiencies throughout the park including HVAC, electrical, potable water, waste water, and fire suppression systems at Richmond National Battlefield Historic Park. In accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is open to all sized businesses. All contractors experienced in this type of construction work may compete for this contract. Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a small business size of $14.0 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $14.0 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years.
