- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE REPAIR OF SLURRY SEALROAD(S) AT EAGLE POINT NATIONAL CEMTERY LOCATED IN JACKSON COUNTY INEAGLE POINT, OREGON. THIS AMENDMENT CHANGES THE SOLICTIATION RELEASE DATE, THE BID DUE DATE,AND NAICS CODE. This project is funded from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Actof 2009. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National CemeteryAdministration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation NumberVA-786A-09-RA-0118 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials,tools and equipment necessary to repair and slurry seal roads at EaglePoint National Cemetery. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and$100,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 14 calendar daysfrom date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. NAICS CODE: 237310SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 Million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-RICECONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALLBUSINESS SET ASIDE. Award will be made on a competitive basis underFederal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 14 to a responsible servicedisabled veteran owned small business responding to this solicitation.
