- Description
- The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 4710. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about “31 July 09” at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 3/C Code /P/N item. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for other than full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. This proposed procurement is for stock. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This NSN requires Inspection at Destination. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted for other than full and open competition.
