- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the Installation of a new elevator in the Maurice bathhouse at Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, AR. Including but not limited to selective demolition and protection of existing construction, patching, and floor, wall and ceiling finishes as indicated, as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing. This competitive acquisition is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Contactors. The NAICS code is238290. The small business standard is $14 million. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 to $500,000. Contractors are urged to visit the site for a complete understanding of existing work conditions. Per FAR 52.219-27, Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, this solicitation is set aside for qualified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns only. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government.
