- Description
- Recovery--The Corps of Engineers has a project that consists of inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and recoating the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System on the Control Tower at the dam. Inspection must be performed by a certified inspector for installation of EIFS and the repair work must be performed by a manufacturer trained and experienced installer. The period of performance for this procurement is estimated to be 120 calendar days after the contractor received the notice to proceed. The NAICS for this job is 238310 and the small business size standard is $14.0 Million. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement will be Small Business Set-aside for and any resulting award will be made pursuant to the above program. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately July 30, 2009, on-line only through Federal Business Opportunities; therefore, requests for hard copies of the specification and drawings will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation through Federal Business Opportunities at https://www.fbo.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download the solicitation and drawings on or after the above issue date.
