- THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD OF A TASK ORDER TO RENOVATE BACHELOR ENLISTED QUARTERS (BEQ) #24083 UNDER N62473-07-D-6309 8(A) COMPETITIVE JOB ORDER CONTRACT. Repair existing three story, 12,649 SF, Masonry and Concrete Building BEQ #24083, MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA. Clean doors, windows, screens, walls and ceilings. Preparation for painting. Replace weatherstripping on doors. Patch damaged concrete surfaces. Replace metal stair tread nosing. Apply epoxy coating on concrete stairs and balcony decks. Remove stains on concrete. Remove paint on guardrails. Clean, patch and paint all surfaces. Replace signage at building. Clean and repair rain scuppers and downspouts. Remove cauking and recauk joints surrounding tubs and lavatories. Clean waste lines. Replace switches, outlets, light fixtures and exhaust fans. Repair landscaping. Existing furniture will be removed, reinstalled by Base Property Control Office.
