- Past Performance Questionnaire LETTER TO OFFERORS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DTOS59-09-R-00011 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541690 and small business size standard is $7.0. This requirement is NOT being set-aside. The Department of Transportation intends to enter into a Firm-fixed Price (FFP) contract. Performance for this requirement is one (1) year.
