- Attach 7 - List of Clauses to be filled in Attach 6 - MCP Statement of Objectives Attach 5 - Past Performance Client Auth Letter Attach 4 - PP Quest Transmittal Letter Attach 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attach 2 - Past Performance Attach 1 - Cross Reference Matrix Request for Proposal (Miniature Communications Pallet) The 670 Aeronautical Systems Squadron (670 AESS), Battlefield Airmen program office, seeks to acquire and field a Miniature Communications Pallet (MCP) that provides a comprehensive modular light weight 4 channel communications capability that provides legacy communications interoperability. Provides secure voice, data and video Situational Awareness (SA.) This tactical SA and connectivity provides the ability to conduct assigned missions in a mounted environment. The system provides a suitable antenna capability which allows quick install and un-install from a variety of platforms. Miniature Communications Pallet (MCP) supports the same customer set as BAO Kit program. The objective for this procurement is for the delivery of specification compliant systems IAW the contract delivery schedule, delivery of the required data items and products, and execution of the associated program support. The Government anticipates the initial requirement for MCP will be 3 prototype units. Options for 93 production units, training and sustainment will also be placed on the initial contract for execution after additional funds become available. Utilizing the Best Value approach, the government will consider innovative or individualized solutions to meeting the system and program requirements. However, the contractor is encouraged to provide representative systems as rapidly as possible. It is anticipated that the contractor will provide the fastest practical schedule. The Government contemplates a contract that shall provide for any initial integration efforts that need to be accomplished to meet the required baseline. The configuration shall consist of the following: MCP (including technical manual) Computer Based Training Module Contractor Logistics Support for Sustainment (maintenance, repair and return) A copy of the formal RFP Number FA8629-09-R-2435 may now be accessed via the internet on FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov.
