- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington, NH 03801 is seeking to purchase a Brand Name commercial item manufactured by Trane and have installed to existing Radar system. This solicitation, W912TF-09-Q-0520, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns brand name request IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Line Item 0001 Provide labor, equipment and material to install 3 assembly units brand name TRANE 5 Ton R22, PKGD Unitary cooling only, (model # THC063A3R) ADX Cooling, high efficiency, convertible configuration, 5 ton 13 SEER, 208-230 Volt 60hz 3 phase, with microprocessor controls 3ph, dual setpoint changeover sensor (Field), 6kw heater 3 phase (Field). Each of the 3 assembly units to include 1ea BAYGARD037B, 1ea BAYHTRX306A and 1ea BAYSENS009B. Connect HVAC equipment to mobile unit Radar System. Provide and install necessary 16 double walled Spiral duct and accessories to connect equipment to each Radar shelter. Duct must be detachable, and be able to be reattached indefinitely with proper care. Manual on/off switch to be located IAW attached drawing. Electrical wiring provided by government. Start up and operational inspection to be completed. Work should begin within 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 157 ARW NHANG, 302 Newmarket Street Pease ANGB, Newington, NH 03803-0157. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
