- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for nine (9) particle counters,nine 9 temperatureprobes,nine (9) tripods and nine (9) inlet adaptors.Description of Deliverables:Item 1) Provide quantity nine (9) Particle Counters (SPECIFICATIONS: minimum (6) channels; 0.3 to 25 m particle size range; 0.3 msensitivity; 0.1 cfm flow rate; cumulative sampling mode; USB and RS232 computerinterface; minimum 3000 measurement data for internal memory; user defined and autorepeat sampling time; 110V, 50Hz power; removable and rechargeable battery.)Item 2) Provide quantity nine (9) Temperature Probes(SPECIFICATIONS: digital temperature and humidity probe)Item 3) Provide quantity nine (9) Tripods(SPECIFICATIONS: leveled mini tripod)Item 4) Provide quantity nine (9) Inlet Adaptors(SPECIFICATIONS: 0.2m zero-count and purge filter with an inlet adator) All items shall comply with the requirements set forth in accordance with thespecifications included. All items shall be delivered to the Goddard Space Flight Centerin Greenbelt MD. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to usethe On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above orit may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. The information required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing no later than July 22,2009. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release ofamendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their owncopy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any).Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.An ombudsman has been appointed - See NASA Specific Note "B".Any referenced notes may be viewed at the following URLs link below.Responses are due by 4:00 P.M.
