- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation (AASHTO). AASHTO will be developing and providing the Roadside Design Guide for the highway safety course. The guides provide the foundation for the FHWA training with AASHTO which is an integral part of the highway safety training course. Because AASHTO developed and will be distributing the guides, they are the only source who can provide the safety guides. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is July 30, 2009
