- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division requires and intends to procure on a sole source basis with GE Sensing for replacement high accuracy temperature duct sensors including calibration under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Only One Source Reasonable Available. A firm fixed-price purchase order will be awarded on or about July 24, 2009, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes (RFQ) and a RFQ will not be issued. However, if an interested party has reason to believe it can meet or exceed this requirement they may submit sufficient documentation to support their claim of capability by July 24, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
