- SCA Wage Determination for Information Purposes SF33 Sections B - M Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing RECOVERY - This project will be partially or wholly funded under the American Recovery and Reconstruction Act of 2009 (http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h1enr.pdf). Interested offerors are encouraged to review the required clauses and reporting requirements for projects funded under the Act. These documents can be found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (http://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.acquisition.gov/far), current Federal Acquisition circulars (http://www.arnet.gov/far/fac.html) and at the Recovery.gov website. It is anticipated that the award will be 100% set-aside for competitive HubZone firms as there are two or more qualified offerors under the NAICS code that could offer bids. It is anticipated that the NAICS code will be: 115310, Fire Prevention, Forest, with a size standard of: $17.5M The Product Service Code is: F099 Anticipated Contract Type: Competitive and Firm Fixed Price FBO Product Code: F This project will be a request for proposals, requiring both technical capability (including past performance) and price information, and will consist of mastication/mulching of standing, downed, and/or piled fuel to reduce fire behavior in individual stands for a total of 213 acrees and four (4) piles. Work sites are identified as item numbers on vicinity maps, along with aerial views of the forest areas, contained in the solicitation.
