- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W91278-07-D-0088. Using Recovery Act Funding, the Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a task order against W91278-07-D-0088, 3001 Inc., Fairfax, VA to provide spare parts for the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX) airborne sensor suite. The basic contract was competitively awarded as a time and material Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to support the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. The requirement to provide necessary spares, upgrades, modifications, and new sensors to support survey operations is within the scope of the contract. A modification will be issued against the basic contract incorporating contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds. The task order will address a requirement for spares of the major sub-components of the sensor suite, so that airborne operations can continue when one of them requires maintenance or suffers a failure.
