- RFI - Staff Intelligence Officer Support VACA is seeking interested parties in a 100% Small Business IDIQ requirement for Program Support Services with respect to performing resource/financial management, policy development and implementation, deployment, travel, administrative, communications, and logistics support for intelligence collection mission. Award will be a base year plus four one year options. Ceiling estimate is $12,000,000.00. This notice is for Market Research and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the U.S. Government. A formal solicitation has not been developed; however, a draft Statement Of Objectives is attached for consideration with small business vendors to provide a response showing relevant capabilities. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541990. All interested firms should notify this office in writing by e-mail of their interest in this notice. Responses should include company identification (name), cage code, business size and status, proof of experience, and capability. Capability statements shall be accompanied by a cover page that includes (1) Name of Organization, (2) Address + Zip Code, (3) Telephone Number, (4) Fax Number, (5) Size of Business: Large or Small, (6) Status of Business: Small Business Administration (SBA), 8(a) Business Development Program Concern, Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone Concern, Small Disadvantaged Business Concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern, and/or Woman-Owned Small Business Concern, (7) CCR Status, (8) Point(s) of contact, and (9) e-mail address. (10) Other Government contracts and schedule number information. Capability statements shall be limited to no more than 12 (twelve) single-sided, type written pages total, not including the cover page and reference which GSA or other Schedule(s) the company holds. In addition, companies should ensure their online Representations and Certifications are up to date in https://orca.bpn.gov. The point of contact for this requirement is Mr. Stephen E.
