- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center-Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to enter into direct negotiations with the North Carolina State Licensing Agency for Full Food Services (FFS) at Fort Bragg, NC. The anticipated period of performance is 1 September 2009 through 30 October 2010 with two 1-year option periods. Operation of these FFS facilities includes: facility management, menu planning, receipt and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, quality control, minor facility maintenance, food service equipment operator level maintenance, grounds maintenance around the dining facilities, supply management, property accountability, and preparation of meals for field feeding service. On a temporary basis (not to exceed 12 months), services under this requirement may include the duties of headcounter/cashier services, dining room services, housekeeping services, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, and equipment cleaning, It is anticipated that the Government will award a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) contract for this requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors. This acquisition is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act.
