- There are 155 contract line item numbers (CLINs). The list of the items and quantities is attached to this synopsis. Delivery location is LAARNG, 6400 ST Claude Ave, New Orleans, LA 70117, Attention: SSG Davillier. Quotations shall be priced separately for each CLIN to include delivery. Award will be made for all or none. If exact item is not quoted (see FAR 52.212-1(b)(4)) a specification sheet or other information must be provided that provides sufficient detail for the United States to determine whether or not the substituted product(s) quoted can satisfy the need. All quantities ordered must be delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1: Price, 2: Technical acceptability of the item offered 3: Delivery Terms.
