Description

Clauses Offerors are requested to submit 2 quotes (2 Yr Base Period plus 3 Option Years and 5 Yr Base Period Lease) for Barracks for Del Rosa Hotshot Crew. Quote must be all inclusive. Only one lease will be awarded. Modular will be used as fire fighters barracks. All maintenance, repairs and utility connections will be contractor’s responsibility. Period of Performance: First Quote: 2Yr Base Period:October 01, 2009 through September 30, 2011 Option Year I: October 01, 2011 through September 30, 2012 Option Year II: October 01, 2012 through September 30, 2013 Option Year III: October 01, 2013 through September 30, 2014 2nd Quote: 5 Yr Base Period: October 01, 2009 through September 30, 2014 Specification: 28' x 68' Modular Building -6 Bedrooms (with 2 closets per B/R) -2 Restrooms (with 2 Toilets & 2 Shower Stalls per R/R) -Utility Room (with Washer and Dryer hook-ups) -ADA Compliant -Water/Drinking Fountain (To be installed near the Front Entrance) -Tank less H/W NOTE: This has been advertised also in GSA Advantage eBuy (RFQ378178). This project is urgent which the Period of Performance might change as early as possible so please state the number of days after award needed for delivery.
