- This Alaska Flight Service Modernization (AFSM) Screening Information Request (SIR) DTFAWA-09-R-00033-A is being re-issued as a replacement for AFSM SIR DTFAWA-09-R-00033 dated February 11, 2009. AFSM SIR DTFAWA-09-R-00033 was suspended on May 12, 2009 and cancelled on June 30, 2009. Notices for the suspension and cancellation were posted to this Contract Opportunities Web Page. This re-issued AFSM SIR DTFAWA-09-R-00033-A requires the Offeror to propose a Managed Service or a Purchase Solution for the Alaska Flight Service Modernization. The re-issued AFSM SIR is updated to allow delivery of all Tier 0 Requirements along with available Tier 1 Requirements for operational test and evaluation at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) no later than 9 months after contract award. The due date for all Tier 1 Requirements is updated to 21 months after contract award. Section B, Supplies/Services & Price/Costs; Section C, Statement of Work; Section F, Deliveries or Performance; Section L Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors; and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award have been updated to reflect this revision. Attachment J-12, Requirements Availability Correlation Matrix (RACM) has been added for the Offeror to propose dates when the requirements are ready for operational testing. SIR Section L, paragraph 2.8 Acquisition Milestones shows the revised AFSM SIR Submission dates.
