- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM), LAPINE STEWARDSHIP PROJECT, IDIQ, PRINEVILLE, OREGON. This is not a solicitation. The BLM Prineville District Office has an American Recovery and reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for removal of biomass material. This ten year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 for Contracting by Negotiation. The awarded contract L05PC90199 was to Quicksilver Contracting Co. The task order will be firm fixed price. PROJECT INFORMATION: Work under this contract consists of removing biomass material.
