- The primay objective is to provide strategic analysis based on applicable OSHA laws, policies and regulations concerning occupational safety and health programs and policies as they matter to conducting business with labor-management relations (external to the OSHA). The government plans to award a contract for services to analyse and promote occupational safety and health programs and policies within OSHA Region V as they impact on labor-management relations in the workplace. The solicitation for quotes will be posted July 31 as small business set aside. Contractor will have limited access to OSHA area office within Region V and GFE.
