- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Dummy Rolleron Parts manufactured in sets in accordance with drawings 639AS11605 (Machined Dummy Rolleron), 639AS11606 (Dummy Rolleron Rod), 639AS11607 (Dummy Cager Rod), and 639AS11608 (Dummy Rolleron Bracket) and tested/inspected. This requirement is sole sourced to Wair Products Inc, 11201 Hampshire Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55438, as the only qualified source, as they are the only source that has past First Article Testing of these parts. Any firms believing that they can provide these first article approved parts may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
