Combined Bridge No. 1: FAIR 651(1) - Bridge H083: Remove and dispose of existing bridge railing, clean all steel surfaces of rust and loose paint, clean steel bridge decking, paint all steel surfaces; construct concrete bridge approaches, place agregate base course, install new bridge railing and install quardrail (0.044 miles): FAIR 651(2) - Bridge H084: Remove and salvage existing timber deck, construct new timber deck; Clean all steel surfaces of rust and loose paint, paint all steel surfaces; construct concrete bridge approaches, place aggregate base course and install guardrail (0.043 miles) for a total length of 0.087 miles on BIA Route 651 on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation, Apache County, Arizona.
