- RECOVERY--The U.S. Amry Garrison-Hawaii will be using STIMULUS FUNDS to have a contractor provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform an annual and three quarterly preventive maintenance and repair services of eleven (11) Trane and one (1) York chillers. The chillers are located at various locations at Schofield Barracks, on the Island of Oahu. The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with manufacturer's standards, commercial practices, and applicable Federal and state codes. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract consisting of a base and four option periods, each twelve months in duration. Anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2009 with period of performance through September 30, 2010 with 4 pre-priced 12-month option periods. Solicitation W912CN-09-R-0070 will be posted on or around August 14, 2009 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://aquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to 'Contracting Opportunities Search', then type in solicitation number 'W912CN-09-R-0070'). Interested Offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business.
