- RECOVERY -"THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE DESIGNER OF RECORD UNDER CONTRACT 1443C5000082807." This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded requirement for modifications to existing Construction Documents. This work includes modifications to the mechanical, electrical, fire suppression and fire detection systems. To keep responsibility and liability for quality, accuracy, and coordination of all design, drawings and specifications with the designer, this effort is awarded on a sole-source basis to the architect of record, Hartrampf, Inc. Under its pevious Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract, Hartrampf prepared all pre-design, schematic design, design development and construction documents now being modified by this task.
