- Questions and answers Revised Performance Work Statement Revised solicitation Amendment 0003 This solicitation is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Cumberland, Temporary Housing Staging Site, located in Cumberland, Maryland. Submission of Proposals Mail four (4) copies of your proposal to the following address: Federal Emergency Management Agency Attention: Meeka Tilahun 395 E Street, S.W., Mailstop Code: 3205 Washington, DC 20472 Site Visits The site visit is scheduled for July 7 and July 8, 2009. Site visits will be conducted at 10:00am and 2:00pm on July 7 and July 8, 2009. Offerors may send not more than two (2) representatives per Offeror. Offerors shall submit the name, title, email, and phone number of the two (2) individuals attending the site visit not later than 4:00pm EST, Monday, July 6, 2009 by email to Meeka.Tilahun@fema.gov and Carolyn.Abney@dhs.gov. Only those individuals, maximum of two (2) per offeror, who have submitted the information listed here will be permitted on the site. Offerors shall identify the date and time slot for which they intend to tour the site. Location: Cumberland Temporary Housing Unit, 11601 PPG Road, Cumberland, MD 21051.
