- Description
- IFB No. FA5215-09-B-0002, Construct Bathroom and Shower Facility, B-2070, Hickam AFB, Hawaii Project: KNMD 08-8000 Construct Restroom & Shower Facility, Bldg. 2070. The work covered under this project shall be performed on Hickam AFB, HI, and shall consist of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all plant, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations in connection with the work associated in performing construction of restroom and shower facility for building 2070. The acquisition shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price type contract to the bidder. This solicitation is 100% set aside for HUB Zone certified business firms, all others will be deemed non responsive. The North American Industry Classification is 236220 and magnitude of construction threshold is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 180 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to the time of award. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is 15 July 2009. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package, 14 August 2009 at 4 pm, local time. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted on this website http://www.fedbizopps.gov) and all prospective offerors are responsible to visit this site frequently to obtain this or any other information pertinent to this acquisition. Pre-bid site visit will be held on or about 22 July 2009 at 9:30 am at Bldg 1200, Construction Meeting Room on Hickam Air Force Base, HI.
