- It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this procurement will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about 31 July 2009. Any contractor wanting the plans and specifications must download them from this website. The work shall include, but not be limited to, layout and installation of sheet pile for closure structure abutments; layout and installation of drilled pier foundations and steel plates for the support of closure structure panels; fabrication and installation of closure structure panels and support posts; in-filling and shaping depression along former levee alignment and shaping backfill around sheet pile abutment with cohesive fill materials obtained from former levee alignment; and producing as-built drawings with survey of final installation. ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 to $1,000,000 COMPLETION: 90 consecutive calendar days This is 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. Bids will not be solicited from other than HUBZone concerns.
