- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Support Assembly, Cyclic. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a definite quantity contract. There is one approved source of supply: Bell Helicopter (97499). The NSN, and Quantity is as follows: NSN: 1560-00-670-7609; Quantity: 12 each. Delivery: FOB: Origin; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin; 203 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are NOT available and can NOT be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 July 09. Letter RFP I/A/W BOA, See note 22.
