- Purchase Request number IQC09189009038, NSN 5342-00-395-7392, COUPLING, CLAMP GROOVED.. The item is to be utilized on an EAGLE F-15 AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0722; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 42 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 42 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 336 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 168 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 336 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with United Technologies Corporation DBA Pratt & Whitney source control drawing 4054021 ( CAGE 77445) dtd 06/29/1978; with approved source Eaton Corporation, CAGE 15284, part number 2320-275BP. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 72 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement has a surge and sustainment requirement woth a MWR quantity of 11. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is July 30, 2009 & closing date of August 31, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
