- The attached solicitation and associated documents for project Repair LPS Main Electrical Substation are being presented to all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey who are interested i submitting proposals. Work is to be completed IAW project specifications and drawings, to include, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, reports, samples, warranties, and transportation nceseeary to complete the project.
