- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractors under Federal Supply Schedule 621-I under Special Identification, (SIN 621-046) Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology. This project will require the support services of one laboratory specialist in the assessment of current public health laboratory procedures, and the development of training goals and procedures that will enhance competencies of laboratories in diagnosing and treating vaccine preventable diseases. The contractor will assist in the development of laboratory management and team building skills. The contractor will perform services at CDC locations under the guidance of CDC staff. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. The solicitation will be issued to selected vendors in accordance with FAR 8.405 ordering procedures. Period of Performance: Twelve months from date of award, with one additional twelve month option.
