- Description
- The Louisiana National Guard is seeking sources to provide short term rental towable light towers that are diesel powered; generators, 60KW and up in response to possible Contingency Operations state wide. Contractor must have capability to provide full maintenance support during the time of rental. Delivery to Bldg 420, F Street, Camp Beauregard Pineville, Louisiana but could be redirected to an affected area in the state. Offeror is required to deliver equipment throughout Louisiana within 48 hours of order and provide a full service maintenance package, including the potential for immediate replacement (if unserviceable), on all equipment during rental period. All interested Offerors should provide a brief capability statement of available equipment and delivery capabilities. The capability statement should include, as a minimum, contractors business size and socioeconomic status, cage code and DUNS number, and a point of contact with name, title, phone and fax number and email address. Include any published price list. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). If you are not registered you may request an application through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Small businesses are encouraged to participate. NAICS is 532490 with a small business standard of $7 million. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought announcement alone or otherwise pay for the information solicited. This sources sought notice does not obligate the Government. Vendor information will be kept on file for possible use during a contingency operation.
