- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Billings, MT The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,100 rentable square feet in Billings, MT within either of the following delineated areas: Central Business District (North of 1st Ave N, West of N. 24th St., South of 9th St. N, and East of N 32nd St.) -or- West End (North of King Ave. W, West of S 24th St. W., South of Central Ave., and East of S. Shiloh Rd.). The space should yield 3,525 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2010. The offered space must be above the first level and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The initial tenant is the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
