- The Louisiana National Guard is seeking sources to provide catered meals in response to possible Contingency Operations state wide. Contractor shall be able to provide meals within a 50 mile radius from a central location and also to accommodate a maximum of 300 personnel at the central location and 300 personnel at designated delivery areas though out the Southern Louisiana region. Requirements may vary. Serving lines at delivery location are not equipped for heating food; therefore, the caterer will need to provide means to maintain food at proper temperatures throughout the serving periods. Vendor must be self supporting with regards to power and water supplies. Vendor will provide all disposable eating/dining ware: 3-compartment plates, cereal/soup bowls, 8-10 oz cups, flatware and napkins. Vendor provides all utensils and equipment required to transport and serve meals. Vendor will provide all condiments to accommodate meals. Contractor shall identify which regions of the state they are able to provide coverage; mobile ability and the quantity of personnel they can serve. Also, provide any minimum amount the vendor requests before contacted. All interested Offerors should provide a brief capability statement of available equipment and delivery capabilities. The capability statement should include, as a minimum, contractors business size and socioeconomic status, cage code and DUNS number, and a point of contact with name, title, phone and fax number and email address. Include any published price list. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). If you are not registered you may request an application through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Small businesses are encouraged to participate. NAICS is 722330 with a small business standard of $7 million. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought announcement alone or otherwise pay for the information solicited. This sources sought notice does not obligate the Government. Vendor information will be kept on file for possible use during a contingency operation.
