- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the FY09 Great Lakes Dredging Mutiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) The contractor shall mobilize a dredge to Harbor Beach, MI and dredge the required areas. The contractor shall deposit the dredged materials within Government furnished open water disposal site, and demobilize when dredging work is completed. The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
