- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contemplates the acquisition of one new Box Truck, GVW NTE 26,000#, gas-powered, with 2500# Lift Gate in accordance with the specifications listed in Attachment 1. A firm-fixed-price type purchase order will be awarded as a result of this Request for Quote. Quotes must be received by the FAA, no later than 2:30 p.m. CST, Monday, July 20, 2009. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail at barbara,smith@faa.gov. Quotes must be labeled as follows: Attn: Barbara Smith, RFQ No. DTFAAC-09-Q-05148. Any responses received after 2:30 p.m. CST, Thursday, Monday, July 20, 2009, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. In addition, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form with their quotes. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
