- Attachment 2 - Facility Drawings Attachment 1 - Infrastructure Labeling Schema Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and the solicitation is attached to this notice. Solicitation Number H92222-09-R-0039 is issued as a100% HUBZone set-aside Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. This solicitation is issued under NAICS Code 238210 with a small business size standard on $14.0M. A site visit will be conudcted on July 16, 2009 at 1:00 PM EDST, 205 South Hoover, 1st Floor Lobby, Tampa, FL. Interested parties are highly encourages to attend the site visit and must confirm their attendance as the site visit no later than 12:00 PM EDST on July 15, 2009 to contracting@socom.mil. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be submitted to contracting@socom.mil with the RFP number in the subject line of the email. NOTE: The solicitation is 43 pages in length vice 56 as page 1 reflects.
