- 49 cy of Polyurethane Foam Mine Sealent EFS in portable 22# two-part bags and 16 sets of Tyvek PPE including suits, goggles, booties and nitrile gloves size large. FOB Destination. This is a notice of proposed contract action in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.1. The solicitation number is AG-0116-S-09-0119 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 326150 and small business size standard of $1,000,000/annual sales.
