- RECOVERY--Recovery--Station Service Relay Upgrade. Supply 17 over-current relay, 2 current differential switchyard transforner relays, 3 communications processors. Each over-current relays will have 5 outputs, 2 inputs, conventional screw termianl blocks and 30A output contacts. The differential relays will be standard two winding transformer current differential with voltage sensing, volts/Hz element, over/under voltage and frequency and power elements. The communications processors will be SCADA RTU functions, remote access, 4 outputs and 16 inputs. For all relays and communications processors the power source is 125Vdc. The relays and processors must be compatable with the plants existing Schweitzer relays. All relays shall be supplied FOB to Fort Peck Power Plant, located near Fort Peck, MT
