- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912ES09T0059. Electrical Service Upgrades, Eau Galle Recreation Area, Eau Galle, Wisconsin This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued under the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act The Government intends to issue a Soliciation W912ES-09-T-0059, as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for electrical service upgrades to the Eau Galle Recreation Area Campground in Wisconsin. Upgrades will encompass electrical service to campground sites 1 through 24 and 28 through 38. Works will include replacement of current 30 amp pedestals with 50 amp pedestals at campground sites 1 through 24 and 28 through 38. Replacement of existing feed and service conductors to campground sites 1 through 24 and 28 through 38 pedestals. Upgrade the campground electrical service as required for the installation of new 50 amp campground pedestals. Balance panel-board circuits for all electrical campground sites.All electrical work shall conform to the (2008) National Electric Code (NEC) and the (2007) National Electric Safety Code (NESC). The NAICS Codes associated with this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14 Million. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration Database (www.ccr.gov) prior to an award being issued. This procurement is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.14. Offerors must posses a current and valid Electrical Contractors License from the state of Wisconsin. This Solicitation will be posted on or about 15 July 2009.
