- USCG ISC Alameda Procurement Division intends to procure a contractor to install wiring and connectivity for the roof mounted camera system located at the site referred to in this document as Pt Potrero. CA. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 21-09-3196WA466 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 16July2009 to close 30 days from RFP issue date. The anticipated award will be on or about 13August2009. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, utilizing best value technically acceptable. References and examples of completed projects that are comparable to the requirements of this project shall be submitted to the office of the Contracting Officer in order for your quote to be considered for award. This contract will be considered firm fixed-price. The US Coast Guard requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.govn in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
