- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE HSCG82-09-B-3WCA64. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE CONCERNS. IFB, PROJECT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE ISSUED ON OR ABOUT JULY 30, 2009. BID OPENING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 2, 2009, 2:00 PM EST. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 238160. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14.0 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to replace three handler units, and repair and replace approximately 5,500 SF of sheet metal roofing at the U.S. COAST GUARD AIR FACILITY, 2744 FORT TRENHOLM ROAD, CHARLESTON COUNTY, CHARLESTON, SC 29455. The performance period is 120 calendar days.
