- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION: RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER USFWS REGION 8 CONTRACTS 801818D373 (Northern Management Services, Inc.), 801818D375 (Hanford ARC), 8018180377 (Yerba Buena Engineering & Construction, Inc.), and 801818D378 (Northwoods Construction). This is not a general solicitation. The USFWS Region 6 has a requirement to Design and Build a new Irrigation System for the National Elk Refuge (NER) located in Jackson, Wyoming. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under competitive guidelines with the use of best value source selection procedures. The Task order will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 237110; size standard $33.5 M. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
