- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9833090030 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423830 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: The National Park Service, Denali National Park requests purchase and installation of a side loading refuse compactor, to be installed on a Government provided cab-chassis truck, 2009 Ford F550. SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATION SHEET ENTITLED "National Park Service, Alaska RegionDenali National Park & Preserve Technical Specifications Attachment, sections 1-6. 8-10 Cubic Yard Side Loading Trash Compactor To Be Installed on a Government Provided Cab-Chassis Truck" dated 01/10/2008 for complete details on product requirement. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). (x), 52.212-3 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
