- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE Regional Contracting Offices existing minor construction quick fix program. Contracts W912CZ-06-A-0007 & W912CZ-06-A-0010. The subject project will be competed with the following two small business vendors. JKM General Contractors, LLC. 1884 East 3rd Avenue, Suite 201 Anchorage, Alaska 99501-2821 Alaska Diversified Contractors, LLC. 12643 Spring Brook Drive Eagle River, Alaska 99577-1291 The Army Regional Contracting Office is seeking a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor materials and equipment needed to remove and replace carpet and tile, trim doors, apply base cove, and transitions and install mini-split air conditioner building 600 Family Support Center at Fort Richardson, Alaska. Duration of the Task Order is no longer than one hundred twenty days (120 days). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238290, and the annual size standard is $14,000,000. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $80,000 and $90,000. It is the Regional Contracting Offices intent to award a firm-fixed price Task Order Contract to the offeror whose price is most advantageous to the Government. The Task Order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 16.505. Davis-Bacon Wages presently in effect for Anchorage, AK will prevail.
