- The U.S. fish and wildlife Service, Region 1 Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to supply all materials and labot ro construct a concrete pad under a haz mat building with no slope at the Minidoka National Wildlife Refuge in Rupert, Idaho.
