- RECOVERY - Provide all plant, labor and equipment for the construction of the Arroyo Colorado North Levee Phase 1 & 2 (a 10.5 mile reach) and construction of the North Floodway Levees Phases 1 from FM1015 to Baseline Road, Texas (a 14.1 mile reach). Work includes clearing and grubbing, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, silt fencing, benched excavation, placement of embankment, placement of topsoil, placement of riprap, seeding and revegetation of disturbed areas. The magnitude of the project is between $25million and $50 million. The period of performance is 381 calendar days. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED to all responsible offerors. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990. The applicable small business size standard is $33.5 million. Interested PRIME contractors and trade associations shall submit requests for solicitation in writing to IBWC, Attn: Colleen Elliott, Contracting Officer, 4171 N. Mesa, C-100, El Paso, Tx 79902-14441. Subcontractors may request a bidders mailing list to locate available planholders. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
