- REVISED EXHIBITS 2 THRU 6 AMENDMENT NO. 1 REVISED RETURN PACKAGE REVISED RFP (SOLICITATION) The USDA Forest Service, Apache—Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Tree Stand Exam Services. The Government anticipates awarding a Forestwide Multiple Award Schedule s IDIQ (Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity) Firm Fixed-Price contracts under the Request For Proposal (RFP) format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $6.5 Million under NAICS code 115310. Some awards may be set-aside for Hubzone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after June 9, 2009, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR / ORCA) and have DUNS / FEIN (TIN) numbers at time of award. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. RFP packages may be requested in writing by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2009, 10:00 a.m., Forest Headquarters, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Supervisor’s Office (main conference room), 30 South Chiricahua Drive, Springerville, AZ 85938. The Closing Date for responses to the RFP has been extended and shall be July 30, 2009, local close of business. Amendment No. 1 is hereby incorporated.
