- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for hard drives with TKCIS, 711 H. Street Suite 510B, Anchorage, AK 99501. These hard drives are parts of existing systems needing replacement to meet new security requirements. The contractor shall provide the various hard drives to complete the system conversion from Top Secret to Secret. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a delivery date of 20 July 2009. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. The point of contact is Ms Gayna Malcolm-Packnett, Division Chief, (703) 425-0284; e-mail:gayna.c.malcolm@us.army.mil. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication (NLT 18 July 09, 10:00 am) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
